Sorting out MV

Yes, it's still us! I'm just experimenting with a few options to try to overcome the effect of those empty boxes with the red X. At the moment, I don't know how to get rid of the damn things, but I wondered whether changing the overall look of MV might help to minimise the effect of them and provide a bit more focus. This is a Yuku skin. Let me know what you think of it - don't panic if you DON'T like it - I can easily change it back to the old MV look or try another...

It's a little sad that the sudden death of Michael Jackson has utterly eclipsed that of Farrah Fawcett-Majors. Both were icons of a generation. I can remember wishing I had BIG hair and teeth like Farrah, and trying with utter lack of success, to emulate Jackson's moonwalk.

I don't want to sabotage the Food thread which is a place to talk about the enjoyment of food so I started this thread.

I still plan to enjoy my food and not deprive myself. It's amazing just how good food tastes when I'm not stuffing myself so much in a mindless fashion. I appreciate it so much more.

I don't want to feel I'm missing out on delicious food. I just want to stop my bad habits of eating in response to my emotions of boredom, stress and...

Charles Darwin and Abraham Lincoln were both born 200 years ago today. Happy Birthday to them, and to us. Arguably without the works of these two great men we would have a United States of America and a Confederate States of America (possibly still with legal slaves); and we would not have a Theory of Evolution.
